Overview:
Partner Plus is our Joint Venture (JV) partnership for wholesalers and investors who want a trusted partner inside our current markets. We work with local and nationwide wholesalers who have deals in our area and need a reliable team to help secure the buyer and close.
It’s still your deal—you maintain ownership and handle your side of the transaction while we focus on marketing to our buyers and bringing the deal to a successful close.
How It Works:
1. Deal Submission – Partners send us their properties in our current markets.
2. Buyer Outreach – Our team leverages our verified buyers list and local relationships to locate the right buyer.
3. Closing Support – We handle communication with the buyer and coordinate the closing process.
4. Simple Partnership – The originating wholesaler remains the primary contract holder & manages all other aspects of the transaction.
Compensation Details:
Standard split is 50/50 of the assignment fee on each funded deal.
Depending on the situation, a 60/40 split (60% to the originating wholesaler / 40% to TPSG) may be negotiated.
