What types of properties do you offer?
We offer off market properties - investment opportunities, rentals, flips, and vacant land/lots that are reviewed and evaluated by our team before being listed.
How do I submit an offer on a property?
Each property has a “Submit Offer” button that takes you to our offer form. Fill it out and our team will contact you right away.
How much EMD do I need to secure the property?
Earnest money deposit is due within 24 hours of the executed assignment agreement. The amount is based on the purchase price and could range from $1500-$5000.
Are the properties sold as is?
Yes. All properties are sold as is. We encourage buyers to review all details and perform their own due diligence.
Do you allow inspection periods?
No. Due to the nature of wholesale and investment deals, inspection or option periods are not offered.
